Nathan's 5th - Star Wars Party (2012)

I began working on this Star Wars cake a few months before the party.  I had never made any type of person before out of fondant.  Since they were supposed to be Lego people I had a little bit of leeway in how the finished product looked.  Each figure took me approx 1 hr to construct. There are a few that I would have liked to re-do, but time is precious.  Overall, the cake was a huge hit as were all the activites planned for the kids.

The house was decorated with star wars cut outs, balloons, and any other Star Wars items I could make or find

The kids made R2-D2 cups
All the food and drink were Star Wars related from C3P0 Water, Darth Vaderade, Princess Leia Cinnamon Buns, Wookie Cookies and Pretzel Lightsabers

All the kids received Jedi Robes and Pool Noodle Lightsabers.  They had
to go through a series of tasks in order to become Jedi Knights.
In the end Darth Vader and Darth Maul made an appearance and the Jedi's had to defeat them.
