Orders start rolling in

It all started with a request for a violin cake.  My mother-in-law asked if  I could make a cake for her father's 95th Birthday in 2010.  This was the first time I would make a cake for anyone other than my immediate family.

It was a huge hit.  I used a little bit of black fondant and realized that it was not as daunting to work with as I had expected.  This led me to where I am now.  I have moved on from store bought fondant and now make my own Marshmallow fondant.

A few of the Early-on Fondant Cakes
