Orders start rolling in
It all started with a request for a violin cake. My mother-in-law asked if I could make a cake for her father's 95th Birthday in 2010. This was the first time I would make a cake for anyone other than my immediate family.
It was a huge hit. I used a little bit of black fondant and realized that it was not as daunting to work with as I had expected. This led me to where I am now. I have moved on from store bought fondant and now make my own Marshmallow fondant.

My very first experience with fondant was making 2 Bridal Shower cakes for my husbands cousin, I was ecstatic with how they turned out and was hooked from then on
